1. How are you going to pack my order?
Each item will be packed in a plastic bag. Carton will be used as outside packing if necessary.
2. Do you have efficient way to order by size?
Yes we have, you can use the size filter on our site and freely choose your size you are looking for.
3. Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes we do, we are very welcome towards OEM orders. Besides, for an OEM order, we expect you to offer detailed requirements such as big photo, size measurements, quantity, estimate time of arrival of the sample, payment way etc. We will send your requirements to our designer firstly and then arrange the factory to produce it. After your confirmation of the sample we will start to manufacture them as soon as possible and ship them out as to what we have agreed upon.
4. How is the quality of your products?

1. Many Chinese suppliers are selling the same items with the same photo, but price differs. How so?
Price varies because of the many different factories. They use different materials or the percent rate in material is different which can cause a big difference in cost and therefore in price. Photos might be the same, but the production process and the fabric are not. The way how a company runs is also a big factor. We might have a small team to keep the prices as low as possible, but all our sale workers studied for 4 years English as their major so they can be very efficient and fast. In the end we suggest our customer to buy samples from different suppliers to find the best supplier you want to cooperate with.
2. How can I get discount?
We offer 5% discount if the total is above $500 USD. If more than $1000 USD, then we will offer 10% discount. (Delivery cost, tax and VAT are not included). For frequent customers, if your monthly order amount is over $2000 (item cost only), can have at least 5% off discount during the next month (your order amount should be over our MOQ amount, $100). 3. Which payment way do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer and Western Union payment. You can use whichever the most convenient for you. If you can’t pay through those ways, please contact us.
4. When should I pay?
We will prepare your order after receiving your payment or payment proof. You can pay us after receiving your order invoice through email. If you can’t pay on time, please notify us.
1. What is MOQ?
MOQ is minimum order quantity. For your initial order; no quantity is required. For your second order; we require 10 pieces for one item or mix order over than $200.
2. Can I still buy if my amount is less than $200?
Yes you can, but surplus of 20% more will be charged.
3. How to place an order?
a. You can place an order directly on our website: www.sex-banana.com. Firstly, you can add items you want to shopping cart. When you are done purchasing you can go to shopping cart to check out. You can pay directly through the website with for instances PayPal. If you don’t pay directly through our website then our salesman will contact you within 4 hours and send you your invoice with shipping cost. (If there are not any email from us within 24 hours since you got the order number then there must have been some problem during the process of submitting your order. b. You can also send us your order in Excel, PPT or Doc (If you get pricelist from us before). Our salesman will deal with your order within 24 hours as well. If you want items not shown on our site, you can also send us pictures and requirements. We will notify you as soon as possible.
1. How do you ship my items to me?
We will ship your items out through international express company such as DHL, UPS, Aramex, DPEX, TNT etcetera. Before we ship your items out, we will suggest the best shipping way for you and if you want other shipping way please notify us before we ship them out.
2. Could we have discount for shipping cost?
We cooperate with trusted and good shipping companies and we also get the best price we can for customers. The eventual cost will come from the shipping company. Whenever they offer us more discount we will offer you also more discount.
3. How many days will it take for delivery?
It varies according to the destination country, shipping method and the custom policy. Normally it takes 4-7 days for delivery. The fastest time is around 3 days, the slowest time can be 15 days if we encounter warehouse understock during busy seasons. Our salesman will send tracking number to you as fast as we can and you will be able to track it until it arrives.
4. How is shipping cost calculated?
Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight (either exact weight or volume weight, the shipping company will choose the bigger one). For international, for weight more than 16kg or 21kg (which depends on different country policy), shipping cost = unit weight shipping cost * weight. When goods weight is less than it, the shipping cost = initial weight (0.5kg) +additional weight*2*(weight-0.5). Initial weight price can be $5-$25, so buy more and you will save more! (Buying more, the average unit weight cost is less) For example: the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. The heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.
5. When will you ship my goods out?
If items you ordered are all in stock we will ship them out within 2 working days after your payment. If some items you ordered are not in stock we will need 3-7 days to prepare your order before shipping them out. For OEM order it depends on the items you want and our production time.
6. Could you tell me the shipping cost before order?
Sorry, we can’t. The shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and the destination country. So we can’t declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.05kg, but the leather is about 0.3kg /piece). And you could choose the shipping company you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you also can choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Who pays for the local taxes and import duties?
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office prior to ordering.
8. How to get tax less or free upon import?
Any import charges or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import; we will declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If you need the true value, or any other requests, please write down the information on the “Notes” when you complete the order.
We attach importance to the quality of product and services. So before sending the parcel out we have to check the product twice again and packaging by ourselves.
1. How will you deal with it if the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help. Firstly, if the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Secondly, please make a picture of the defective item and then send it to us by email. So that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after he checks and agrees, we will add the item to your next order for free. Thirdly, if we could not identify the problem, then all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. None the less in order to compensate for the loss of our dear customers, through our assessment, we will give your more discounts on the next order.
2. Can I return your items if I don’t want them after I receive them?
Yes, you can. Within 24 hours after you received the goods, you can return them to us without any explanation, but the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
